If a person makes a mistake and you fire them, odds are the next person will make the same mistake. Don't tell them, they are dumb, you more than likely made the same mistake. We go through life learning from our mistakes.

The reasons a person fails

1. Stupid mistake

2. Poor leadership.

3. Lack of information.

4. Didn't think it through.

You can't fix stupid and stupid is detrimental to the health of the company.

Inferiority complex. Definition: choose, which one are you?

1. The person with negative thinking belittling subordinate to make themselves look better.

2. The person that uses positive reinforcement to help other grow.

As a role model this extends to all the people around you from your children to coworkers and friends.
